Merchandise Exchanges
Fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid U.S. return label and drop your exchange in the mail. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities, and in-stock items will be sent right away.
Easy Merchandise Returns
By mail - Processed within 10-14 business days
Shipping Label - Mail your item(s) using a U.S.P.S return label.
Other Shipping Method - When using another shipping method, please be sure to send merchandise to the following address:

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities.
In store - Simply bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to our store located at the address above.
Returns & Exchanges Processing
Credit Card
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Return Policy
We'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase any merchandise purchased from Total Cosmetology Training Center that has not been used and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Valid photo ID required for all in-store cash refunds.
Green Shipping
In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we are reusing some shipping boxes.
