Owner/Director and Instructor of Total Cosmetology Training Center. Licensed in Washington since 1979 in Cosmetology, Manicuring, Barbering, and Esthetics. Instructor at the Spokane Technical Professional Skills Center for 10 years, and Christine's Institute of Hair Design for 2 years. Owned and managed salons in Spokane prior to becoming an instructor. Barbara has educated for KMS, Tressa, Attractions and Nexus.
Linda Boggs
Instructor at Total Cosmetology Training Center. Licensed in Washington since 1968 in Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring & Esthetics. Licensed Instructor since 1986. Linda has owned and operated a salon for 25-years and instructed at Mr. Jay's Beauty Academy.
Peggy Jackson
Instructor at Total Cosmetology Training Center. Licensed in Washington since 1984 in Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring & Esthetics. Licensed Instructor since 1991. Instructed at Spokane Community College for 5 years. She worked for J.C. Penny as a continuing education instructor for the NW Region and at Nails With Pzazz as a Nail Technician for 10 years. Peggy was a Washington State Cosmetology Board Examiner. She won the award for Women's Total Look at the Kansas City National Competition.
Dana Ware
Licensed in Washington since 1995 in Cosmetology, Manicuring and Esthetics, returned to Total Cosmetology Training Center for Instructor Training and was hired as the Esthetics Instructor. Dana is certified in hair extensions, eyelash extensions and permanent makeup. She is a current educator for Satin Smooth. Dana is a salon owner and has done full body waxing for 10 years. Dana is certified by the National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers / Distributors and Associations.
Liliana McNitt
Liliana studied Cosmetology in 2006 and received her license in Bogota, Colombia. She completed the Instructor Training Program at Total Cosmetology Training Center and has been employed here since 2010 as our lead Barber Instructor. Liliana obtained her Business Administration Degree at Inpahu University in Bogota, Colombia. She worked in a salon in Orient, Wa and has owned a barber shop in Airway Heights, Wa. Liliana is our bilingual instructor fluent in Spanish and English.
Mallory Miller
Cosmetology Instructor at Total Cosmetology Training Center since 2011. Graduate of Total Cosmetology in 2009. She has a Communications degree in Public Relations from Spokane Community College. Mallory worked for Regis Corporation prior to instructing.
Patty Stanley
Admissions Director and Financial Aid Administrator at Total Cosmetology Training Center. Patty has been working in the field of accounting since 1986. Financial Controller and Accounting Manager for two Washington Corporations.
Becky Smith
Financial Aid Administrator at Total Cosmetology Training Center. Becky has worked in the financial aid field since 1998. Becky has worked in the accounting field since 1995. Becky has a Bachelors Degree in Office Administrations.

Kevin Bartell
As our Customer Service Manager, Kevin has over 30 years experience in the Accounting & Financial Services Sector which includes experience in consumer relations. He was trained at Total Cosmetology Training Center and is a licensed Barber. He has education in Cosmetology and the Esthetics field.
